To coordinate and ensure the implementation of government policies, projects and programs at the MMDA level all Head of departments and units shall be expected to deliver the outputs and deliverables listed in Schedules 1 and 2 of this Agreement. Based on the MMDCD ‘s job summary, the Key Performance Areas (KPAs) for the period under review are categorized into:
